Tube Mills
As the old saying goes,
if you want something done right, you do it yourself.
That is why we designed and built our own equipment
to gain the following advantages:
a. Ease of monitoring
b. Ease of adjusting
c. Production of a rounder tube
d. Better seam clean up which makes for better finishing
qualities
We follow a scheduled preventative maintenance program
on all of our equipment to ensure repeatability and
reliability is upheld.
Also, our ISO 9001:2000
program ensures that our operators are well trained
and capable of maintaining a high standard of workmanship
at all times.
In order to provide a product that has consistent and
reliable fabricating properties, all of our tubing is
TIG welded. All 304, 304-L, 201 and 316-L strip is domestically
produced to our close specifications.
Finishing
We have built our own tube mills, buffers and polishers
in-house to provide better controls and to furnish the
highest quality and consistent finishes. Our patented
process for providing a true mirror finish has placed
us as the leader in this field.
In addition to the standard 180, 240, 320, Super buff
and Linear Buffed material, we can also try to match
a finish to a sample provided by our customer. Please

For maximum protection, material is packaged directly
off the polishing/buffing equipment.
Packaging
All polished or buffed tubing is covered with vinyl
(Linear Buff finish), paper or plastic wrap and heavy
duty packaging to protect all finishes we use. We will
band, bundle, or box your order for optimal shipping.
